We make the smart fridges ourselves and supply them to businesses that buy, rent or lease them. The unit then belongs to your site, from an office on a business park to a warehouse running around the clock. Who restocks it and what goes in is up to you: your own team, your caterer or a local partner.
A smart fridge is a chilled cabinet that only opens after payment or identification and records by itself what is taken. We supply the unit with the software for payment, prices and sales per product, plus warranty, remote support and spare parts.
You organise what goes in: with your own team, your caterer or a local supplier. Sales data shows what sells and when, so the range follows your people. How restocking works in practice is covered in organising restocking.
In step 8 of the site check, together with your contact details. Never via the address bar or a link.
You get a person on the phone. We go through the site: people, hours, space and who will restock.
Purchase, rental or leasing, with a model that suits your site.
Delivery and commissioning are agreed for your site. After that, the cabinet runs with your range and your prices.

Compared with a classic vending machine, the difference is mostly the food. With only crisps and cans a fridge is soon forgotten; with a proper meal, a high-protein meal prep and a halal, kosher or vegan option, it stays in use. On shift sites, such as a manufacturing plant or a logistics centre with night unloading, it is often the only food left after the late shift.
Proper dishes that see a break or a night shift through, from your caterer or a local supplier.
Meal preps high in protein, salads and lighter options, sold where people work.
Depending on the producers and suppliers, clearly labelled on the pack.

Buying, renting and leasing are not tied to a route. Delivery and commissioning are agreed for your site in the conversation, so it is clear what arrives where and when.
You decide: your own team, your caterer or a local supplier or vending operator. The software shows sales per product, so whoever restocks knows what is needed.
Warranty on the unit, remote support, the software for payment and sales, and spare parts. The details are set out in the proposal for your site.
Yes. Several sites are an advantage rather than a complication: the model and range are looked at per site, while arrangements stay central. Mention it in the site check and we take it into account straight away.
Eight short questions, postcode included. We call you back and tell you which model and which option suit your site.
