Buy, rent
or lease a smart fridge

The same fridge can reach you in three ways: you buy it, you rent it, or you lease it. In every case it comes straight from the manufacturer, with commissioning on site, software and support, and you decide what goes in. Here they are side by side.

What many people don't know

Yes, you can
simply buy the fridge

When people think of a machine at work, they usually think of an operator who comes to install one. That the fridge is for sale, many businesses don't know. With us it is, and directly: we build the smart fridges ourselves, so you buy from the manufacturer, not from a middleman.

Buying makes sense if you resell, like a hotel to its guests or a gym to its members, or if the logistics are already in-house. Rather not invest? Then renting or leasing gives you the same fridge for a fee.

Frequently asked questions

About buying, renting and leasing

Can I simply buy a smart fridge?

Yes. We build the fridges ourselves, so you buy directly from the manufacturer. You get the unit, commissioning on site and instruction. After that you decide the range, the prices and the takings.

What is the difference between renting and leasing?

When you rent, you pay for the use and we stay the owner. Leasing spreads the cost of the fridge, usually through a leasing company; what happens at the end depends on the contract.

Can I switch option later?

Yes, by agreement. Some companies rent first and buy once they see it works.

Which option is cheapest?

That depends on what you count. Buying has a purchase price but no monthly fee for the fridge; renting has no purchase price. Also count the hours your own people spend and what does not sell. After the site check we compare the options that fit your site.
